ORDERED that the Petition be stricken from the court's record; and it is further
ORDERED that this order shall be served by electronic means (if applicable, otherwise by first-class mail) upon the above-referenced debtor, the chapter 7 trustee, the United States Trustee and all creditors and parties in interest in this case.
