BACKGROUND

Pending before the court is a Concurred In Motion requesting that the judgment entered on May 31, 2006, be amended to include a recommendation to the Bureau of Prisons that Defendant be incarcerated at the closest appropriate federal facility to Altoona, Pennsylvania. This request will be granted.

The court will issue an amended judgment in this case which includes, on page 2, a recommendation to the Bureau of Prisons that the Defendant be housed in the closest appropriate federal facility to Altoona, Pennsylvania. In all other respects, the judgment entered on May 31, 2006, shall remain the same.
