THIS CASE came on for consideration, ex parte, upon a Motion for Rehearing or Reconsideration, of this Court's Order Granting Motion for Administrative Claim Against The Estate for Wrongful Disconnection and Removal of The Heart Group P.L.'s Phone System and for Sanctions filed by Steven M. Berman on behalf of Trustee Louis X. Amato in the above-captioned case. The Court has considered the Motion, together with the record, and finds that it is without merit and, therefore, should be denied. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Motion for Rehearing or Reconsideration filed by Steven M. Berman on behalf of Trustee Louis X. Amato be, and the same hereby is, denied.
