IN RE COMMISSION ON CHILDREN'S JUSTICE

JAMES SMITH, JR., Chief Justice.

By order filed on April 27, 2006, the en banc Court established a Commission on Children's Justice and appointed members of that Commission. The en banc Court now determines that four additional members of that Commission should be appointed.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED:

1. That the following four additional persons are hereby appointed as members of the Commission on Children's Justice:

Elizabeth Carroll Hocker, Executive Director, Miss. Children's Justice Center;

Kathryn Jewell, Guardian Ad Litem, DeSoto County Youth Court;

Annette Williams, Harrison County Public Guardian; and

Cynthia Davis, Director, Miss. Judicial College; and

2. That the Clerk of this Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to all members of the Commission on Children's Justice.
