AND NOW, this 1st day of September, 2006, Petitioner's Application for Stay is GRANTED. Enforcement of the supervising judge's orders of August 17, 2006, and August 24, 2006, is STAYED, on condition that the items of computer hardware subject to Subpoena Number 686 shall be preserved in their present form and at their present location, and shall not be moved, changed, or altered in any fashion, pending further order of this Court, upon expedited review.
