These four cases were previously consolidated before the undersigned for resolution of the attorneys' fees and costs to be awarded to the prevailing plaintiffs. On September 26, 2006, plaintiffs' counsel filed separate notices in each of the four cases of settlement of the claim for attorneys' fees and costs. Based upon these notices of settlement, the Magistrate Judge simply notes that the settling plaintiffs' claims for attorneys' fees and costs are now MOOT.
