In that the bankruptcy court lacks subject matter jurisdiction to enforce a nondischargeable money judgment entered in favor of a creditor, In re Sieger, 200 B.R. 636 (Bankr. N.D. Ind. 1996),see also, In re Bass, 171 F.3d 1016, 1022-26 (5th Cir. 1999), Plaintiff's motion, filed on September 19, 2006, for proceedings supplemental is DENIED.
