The court ADJUDGES that Roberto Garza Quintanilla shall remain in the custody of the defendant, C. Guadalupe Yadira Quintanilla Garcia, and that all relief sought by plaintiff, Roberto Garza Ibarra, is DENIED.

Costs will be taxed against plaintiff.

This is a FINAL JUDGMENT.
