COMMONWEALTH v. BROWN

Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

On the indictment charging armed home invasion, the judgment is reversed and the verdict is set aside. On the indictment charging breaking and entering in the daytime, the verdict is set aside. On the indictment charging receiving a stolen motor vehicle, the judgement is affirmed. Further appellate review granted, 449 Mass. 1103 (2007).
