COMMONWEALTH v. PELLOT

Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

The defendant's conviction of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, G. L. c. 94C, § 32A(c) and (d), is vacated, and that indictment is dismissed. The remaining judgments are affirmed.
