STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME FOR SWISS INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES, LTD. TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT

JAMES SCHNEIDER, Bankruptcy Judge

Swiss International Airlines, Ltd. ("Swiss") and the Air Cargo. Inc. Litigation Trust (the "Trust"), by their undersigned attorneys, hereby stipulate and agree that Swiss shall have until April 30, 2007 to file a response to the Complaint filed by the Trust. Swiss further agrees that it has accepted proper service of the summons and Complaint and waives any defenses related to insufficiency of process.
