It has come to my attention that there is a clerical error in the order issued earlier today setting forth the deadlines for pretrial materials. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that paragraph one on page 10 of the order is AMENDED to say: "1. NOT LATER THAN June 25, 2007, the parties are to file and serve any motions for the issuance of subpoenas or writs of habeas corpus ad testificandum, together with supporting affidavits revealing the witness's willingness to appear voluntarily." In all other respects, the June 1 order remains unchanged.
