WALTER SHAPERO, Bankruptcy Judge

Debtor and Defendant having filed Bankruptcy case #06-52700, incident to which this adversary proceeding was initially filed; the said bankruptcy case having been dismissed on January 22, 2007; Debtor and Defendant having filed a new bankruptcy case, #07-43584 on February 23, 2007; the Court having thereafter issued an Order to Show Cause why this adversary proceeding should not be dismissed by reason of the dismissal of the prior bankruptcy case; the Plaintiff in this adversary proceeding having filed a response to that Order to Show Cause requesting that this adversary proceeding not be dismissed but rather continued as a pending adversary proceeding in the current bankruptcy case; a hearing thereon having been held on May 14, 2007, as to which Defendant and Debtor neither appeared, nor filed any response to the said Order to Show Cause; the Court being duly advised;

It is hereby ordered that this adversary proceeding shall continue and be considered as an adversary proceeding filed under Debtor's and Defendant's current bankruptcy case #07-43584;
