Before the Court is the motion of defendant CPP, Inc., d/b/a/Cook Composites Polymers ("CPP") to dismiss the complaint of Unlimited Holdings, Inc. ("Unlimited") for lack of personal jurisdiction. For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum of even date, it is hereby

ORDERED that CPP's motion is GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED that Counts Four, Five, and Seven of the First Amended Complaint are DISMISSED.
