This case is before the Court on the Debtor's motion for an expedited hearing, entitled "Motion for Expedited Hearing on Cash Collateral Motion" (Docket # 21). This motion for an expedited hearing must be denied, because the Debtor has not, in fact, actually filed any underlying "Cash Collateral Motion." Docket # 17, which Debtor linked its motion for expedited hearing to when it filed the motion, is not a motion at all, but merely an agreement between the Debtor and the Internal Revenue Service. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the "Motion for Expedited Hearing on Cash Collateral Motion" (Docket # 21) is denied.
