It has come to my attention that June 1 order directing the clerk of court to issue a writ of habeas corpus for plaintiff Russel Singletary incorrectly identifies Waupun Correctional Institution as plaintiff's place of incarceration. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the June 1 order is AMENDED to state that the Clerk of Court issue a writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum for the attendance of plaintiff Russel Singletary (Federal Correctional Institution in Marion, Illinois) at trial beginning on July 23, 2007.
