It is FURTHER ORDERED that the following briefing format and schedule shall apply: Respondent's Opening Brief August 20, 2007 (not to exceed 14,000 words) and Appendix Amicus Curiae's Opening Brief September 20, 2007 (not to exceed 14,000 words) Respondent's Reply Brief October 4, 2007 (not to exceed 7,000 words) While not otherwise limited, the respondent and the amicus curiae are directed to address in their briefs whether disbarment is appropriate discipline for respondent's conduct under Rules III and IV of the D.C. Circuit's Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement. The parties will be notified by separate order of the oral argument date and composition of the merits panel.
