FLORIDA BAR v. BEHM

The Court approves the referee's report in its entirety, including the recommendation that Behm be publicly reprimanded, which public reprimand shall be administered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar. Charles Behm is to appear before the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar at the time and place designated by The Florida Bar after reasonable notice to Behm.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Charles Behm in the amount of $3,722.34, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
