THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to Trustee's Request for Hearing Regarding Automatic Dismissal for Failure to File Required Payment Advices, at Docket No. 15, filed April 17, 2007, by Lonnie D. Eck, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Oklahoma. The issues having been duly considered and a decision having been duly rendered, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion filed concurrently herewith,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that to the extent the Trustee's Request for Hearing Regarding Automatic Dismissal for Failure to File Required Payment Advices seeks dismissal of this case, that request is denied.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case shall not be dismissed.
