AMENDMENT OF RULE 2.306, 2007-09 (Mich. 6-2-2008)

On order of the Court, the order of May 30, 2008, is amended to correct a clerical error in the mis-designation of subsections. MCR 2.306 (C)(4)(c) is amended to read as follows:

( c) Objections are limited to

( i) objections that would be waived under MCR 2.308(C)(2) or (3), and

( ii) those necessary to preserve a privilege or other legal protection or to enforce a limitation ordered by the court.
