ESTATE OF ROXAS v. PIMENTEL, 06-1039 (U.S. 6-23-2008)

The Court reversed the judgment below in Republic of Philippines v. Pimentel, 553 U.S. ___ (2008). Therefore, the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further proceedings.
