For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that:

1. the Motion to Exclude Plaintiffs' Experts and for Summary Judgment filed by Legal Sea Foods (docket entry no. 95) is GRANTED;

2. the Motion to Exclude Plaintiffs' Experts and for Summary Judgment filed by Great Eastern Mussel Farms (docket entry no. 97) is GRANTED;

3. Judgment is entered in favor of the defendants against the plaintiffs; and

4. The Clerk shall CLOSE this case.
