AND NOW, this 1^st day of December, 2008, it is hereby Ordered that the attorneys named on the attached list are to be transferred to inactive status pursuant to Rule 219, Pa.R.D.E.; and it is further Ordered that the said transfer to inactive status shall take effect 30 days after the date of this Order pursuant to Rule 217(d), Pa.R.D.E.
