IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order, filed on December 1, 2008, is corrected as follows:

In the caption of the appeal, where the court from which the appeal is taken is designated, the word "HONOLULU" is deleted and replaced with the word "EWA" so that it reads:

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
