MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM.
Relator Postel Industries, Inc. has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Rondon's November 21, 2008 order denying its motion to abate.
The Honorable Reece Rondon, judge of the 234th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is trial court cause no. 2007-35979.
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
