ORDER GRANTING ATTORNEYS' FEES UNDER 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)
MICHAEL MOSMAN, District Judge
Attorneys' fees in the amount of $8,988.00 are hereby awarded to Plaintiffs attorney pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). The court finds that this is a reasonable fee in light of the circumstances in this case. Plaintiff's attorney should refund the previously awarded EAJA fees of $5,217.84 to the Plaintiff.
