Pursuant to Movant, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. fka Norwest Mortgage, Inc. Notice of Default and Declaration of Default filed on July 13, 2009 and Debtor's Response thereto;

The parties hereby agree that the sum of $9852.57 is presently owed through August 2009. Debtor shall tender the aforementioned sum by the close of business on August 26, 2009.

Debtor shall resume making regular post-petition payments commencing with the September 1, 2009 mortgage payment and continuing for the life of the loan.

Should the Debtor fail to tender the sum of $9852.57 by August 26, 2009, or should the debtor default in making future regular mortgage payments commencing September 1, 2009 according to the note and deed of trust, the automatic stay will terminate and the Movant will be free to enforce the provisions of the deed of trust and note with respect to the property located at 13106 Wellford Drive, Calverton, MD 20705., without further hearing or further order of this court.
