This 1^st day of December 2009, the Court's prior Order dated July 15, 2009 appearing in need of modification in light of the fact that the respondent's conflicts attorney contract has ended effective November 30, 2009,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the respondent is suspended from the practice of law indefinitely until Mr. Pankowski petitions this Court for reinstatement and demonstrates his fitness to practice law in the State of Delaware.
