The court has reviewed the Affidavit of Counsel Fees dated June 22, 2010, submitted by Anthony A. Piazza, Esq. in the amount of $1,657.50, and the court finds them to be fair and reasonable under all the circumstances. The plaintiff is hereby ordered to pay to Anthony A. Piazza, Esq. the sum of $1,000.00 as a contribution toward same as follows: $500.00 within 30 days from the date of this order, and $500.00 within 60 days hereof.
