ORDERED that Defendant United States Fire Insurance Company's Objections to the Court's Order Denying USFIC's Motion to Strike Attard Industries, Inc.'s Demand for a Jury Trial (Doc. No. 52) be, and the same hereby are, OVERRULLED.
