The Court having granted the motion of Defendant for summary judgment in an order dated August 25, 2010, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff in its capacity as debtor in possession may not avoid under 11 U.S.C. §§ 544 or 545(2) tax liens filed by Defendant in the name of "Green Pastures Christain Ministries, Inc." in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Dekalb County, Georgia.
