For the reason stated in the Court's Memorandum Decision entered on this date, IT IS ORDERED, the trustee's motion to dismiss is granted, but shall be stayed for 30 days.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the debtors shall have 30 days to convert this case to a chapter for which they are eligible.
