PEOPLE v. AYALA
Court of Appeals of the State of New York.
Sep 2, 2010
On the Court's own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that no appeal lies as of right from the unanimous order of the Appellate Division absent the direct involvement of a substantial constitutional question. Correction Law ยง 168-n (3) does not provide an independent predicate for an appeal as of right to the Court of Appeals. Motion for leave to appeal denied.
