Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Defendant Zvi Guttman, Chapter 7 Trustee, by their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the deadline for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. to file its opposition to Mr. Guttman's Motion to Dismiss in the above-captioned adversary proceeding be and hereby is extended from October 1, 2010 to October 8, 2010. The purpose of this stipulation is to allow the Plaintiff time to determine whether to voluntarily dismiss the equitable mortgage and equitable subrogation claims that it has asserted in this action.
