STOYANOV v. MABUS

For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum, it is hereby Ordered that:

1. the plaintiff's motions to amend the court's Order dated March 16, 2010 (ECF Nos. 41 and 45) are Denied;

2. the plaintiff's motion to compel defendants under penalty of perjury (ECF No. 43) is Denied;

3. the defendants' motion to dismiss (ECF No. 50) is Granted;

4. the Clerk shall SEND copies of this Order and the accompanying Memorandum to the plaintiff and to counsel of record; and

5. the Clerk shall CLOSE these consolidated cases.
