IN RE DEDVUKAJ

United States Bankruptcy Court, E.D. Michigan, Southern Division.
Dec 2, 2010
ORDER DISMISSING CASE FOR DEBTOR'S FAILURE TO FILE DOCUMENTS AND TO FILE THE PROPER VOLUNTARY PETITION AND TO UPLOAD AN ACCEPTABLE MATRIX

THOMAS TUCKER, Bankruptcy Judge

The Court reviewed the case file, and has determined that the Debtor has failed to file the proper voluntary petition and has failed to upload an acceptable creditor matrix, and has failed to file a Bankruptcy Petition Cover Sheet, and Statement of Social Security Number, as required under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1007. Further, Debtor has not filed a motion for an extension of time to file or upload any of the missing documents.

The Debtor named on the voluntary petition filed at Docket # 1 is Otto B. Dube. The debtor name listed on the Court's docket, which was inputted by Debtor's counsel when he electronically filed the petition, is Simon Dedvukaj. Debtor's counsel was notified electronically of this problem by a Memorandum of Apparent Deficiency placed on the Court's docket on November 22, 2010, but has done nothing to correct the problem.

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 1007, this case is DISMISSED.
