PEOPLE v. FRIED, 11PDJ011 (Colo.O.P.D.J. 3-8-2011)

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and disbarred David M. Fried (Attorney Registration No. 19238), effective March 8, 2011. Fried violated his duties to ten clients, including by neglecting client matters, failing to appropriately communicate with clients, and converting their funds. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4(a), 1.15(b), 1.16(a)(1), 8.4(b), and 8.4(c).
