In accordance with Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 6-303, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing the chairperson and members of the Committee on Juvenile Courts. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed to the Committee on Juvenile Courts for terms beginning upon signature of this Order and ending June 30, 2013:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Karen Adam (Pima County) and the Honorable Kathryn Stocking-Tate (Yuma County) are appointed to the Committee on Juvenile Courts, by virtue of their positions as Presiding Juvenile Court Judges.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Peter Cahill, Gila County Superior Court Presiding Juvenile Court Judge, is appointed Chair of the Committee on Juvenile Courts for a term beginning upon entry of this Order and ending on June 30, 2013.
