STATE v. ZOTTNICK
Supreme Court of North Dakota.
Jun 21, 2011
Per Curiam.
Per Curiam.
[¶ 1] Ryan Zottnick appeals from a criminal judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of simple assault-domestic violence (second offense or more) and from a district court order denying his application for post-conviction relief. On appeal, Zottnick argues that there was insufficient evidence presented to convict him of the charge and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial.
[¶ 2] We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (3).
