Opinion

The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 163 Conn.App. 810, 137 A.3d 108 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court majority correctly determine that there was insufficient evidence to support a judgment against the defendant of attempted larceny in the sixth degree?”
