ORDER
In this commission only three officials were posted one Mr. Sheel Pragy ASO, Mr. Sonu Khatri Senior Assistant and Mr. Ravinder Senior Assistant and One PA and One Stenographer. The Govt. of NCT vide order dated 09.01.2026 transferred Sh. Sheel Pragy from this commission and now only two officials remained for all administrative work and judicial work of this commission. In these circumstances the commission is facing great hardship and handicap for smooth running of this commission.

Date: 17.07.2026 Present: Complainant in person. Complainant submits that his wife fell ill and undergone treatment at Balaji Action Medical Institute Pachim Vihar from 05.09.2025 to 07.09.2025. The OP denied the cashless facility during the treatment period. The complainant was forced to pay hospital bill from his own pocket of Rs.1,72,630/-. Complainant submits that on 10.09.2025 claim was filed for reimbursement on the website of the OP and till today neither settled nor repudiated. In these circumstances the present complaint is premature as final adjudication of the reimbursement claim is pending with the OP. We direct OP to process the reimbursement claim of the complainant within four weeks from the date of receiving of the present order. Copy of order be given dasti for compliance to complainant. Complainant is decided accordingly. File be consigned to record room.
