1. List revised. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant. Sri Shiv Dutt Shukla,

learned AGA appearing for the State respondents is present.

2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime

No. 318 of 2007, under Sections 409, 420, 424, 467, 468, 471, 477, 120B, 218 IPC

and Section 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act Police Station Mandawali, District

Bijnor with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail.

3. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail on 14.7.2023 and thereafter the

matter was taken up on several occasions and the matter was last taken up on 26.10.

2023 and the applicant sought adjournment and the matter was directed to be listed on

23.11.2023. Today no one has appeared on behalf of the applicant.

4. It appears that by efflux of time the applicant has lost his interest or the matter has

become infructuous. 

5. In view of the above, present application is accordingly dismissed as having

become infructuous. 

6. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
