Present: None. As complainant has not filed the registered cover/AD, thus, notice to OP has not been issued. Perusal of file reveals that the present complaint was presented before this Commission by complainant on 01.09.2025. About seven month have expired but after filing complaint, complainant has failed to appear on any dates and thus, notice could not be issued to OP. This is a case of shortage of alleged 3 biscuits in the sealed packet which complainant had purchased from a local shop on 09.07.2025. But neither this local shop from whom the packet of Parle Biscuit was purchased was arrayed as respondent nor notice to Parle Biscuits Private Limited, Vile Parle East, Mumbai was served. Even today complainant also failed to turn up. It is 3:30 p.m. waited sufficiently, no further wait is justified. Hence we are of this opinion that complainant is no more interesting to proceed further with the complaint and thus, present complaint stands dismissed for not filing the requisite registered Cover/AD
