Learned advocate Mr. Ekrama Qureshi states that the
present petition is preferred against the show-cause notice and
during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner is terminated.
Therefore, with a view to challenge the termination order, learned
advocate Mr. Qureshi, under instructions, seeks permission to
withdraw this petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. The
petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this
Court has not examined the merits of the matter and all the rights
and contentions of the petitioner are kept open. Notice is
discharged. No order as to costs.
