Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in some

similar matters, the Special Leave Petitions have been dismissed,

whereas in others, notice has been issued.

2. However, he submits that since the quantum of enhancement in

the present case is almost 100%, notice may be issued.

3. Accordingly, issue notice on the application seeking

condonation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petition.
