Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

"i) Issue a writ order, rule or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorari quashing the

F.I.R dated 09.07.2025 lodged at P.S- Nagphani, District-Moradabad vide case crime

no. 129/2025 under section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 109 Β.Ν.S. (ANNEXURE-I).

ii) Issue a writ order, rule or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the

respondents not to adopt any coercive method or not to arrest the petitioners in

pursuance of F.I.R dated 09.07.2025 lodged at P.S-Nagphani, District-Moradabad

vide case crime no. 129 /2025 under section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 109, B.N.S.

(ANNEXURE-I)"

A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in

the above case.

In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is

made out.

For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
