W.P.(C) No. 313/2025 Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7 to file counter affidavit.
Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos. 5 and 10 to file counter affidavit.
Respondent No.11 has filed vakalatnama and preliminary affidavit.
Ld. counsel for Respondent No.7 has filed a letter stating therein that ALT digital Media Entertainment Ltd. has been merged with Balaji Telefilms Ltd.
Hence,four weeks time is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file application for amendment of cause title. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 6 and 9 but none has entered appearance.
Service report from ABC legal Services has not been received in respect of Respondent No. 8.
Let reminder be issued.

Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Ms. Anusha Ramesh, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of M/s Trilegal Advocates submits that she has filed an application for deletion on respondent No. 10 and also filed an application for impleadment of Apple Distribution India Ltd. Registry to verify the same.
If it is so, let the application be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
In case of default whereof, list the matter again before this Court on 9.10.2025.
