Rest. Application (Com. Act)/4/2025:

It is noted that the main Company Petition bearing CP No.

10/241/AMR/2024 was dismissed for non-prosecution. In this regard, the

Petitioner had earlier filed Restoration Application, which was subsequently

dismissed as withdrawn on 25.04.2025. Now, the Petitioner has filed the present

Restoration Application (Companies Act)/4/2025. Once a restoration application

has already been dismissed as withdrawn, a second restoration application is not

maintainable, and the main petition cannot be restored at this stage.

Accordingly, Restoration Application (Companies Act)/4/2025 is dismissed.

IA(Com. Act)/27/2025:

In view of the order passed in Restoration Application (Companies

Act)/4/2025, the present Interlocutory Application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, IA (Companies Act)/27/2025 is dismissed and stands disposed

of.
