When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

advocate, Mr. Ekrama Qureshi submitted that pending

this application, the investigation was continued and

at the end of investigation, the concerned

Investigating Officer has submitted ‘B’ summary report

before the court concerned, which was eventually

considered by the concerned concerned. He, therefore,

submitted that in view of the said development, he does

not press this application.

In view of the above fact, this application stands

disposed of as not pressed. Notice is discharged.

Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
