Shri Praveen Namdeo, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.

In these petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution, challenge is to

the non declaration of result of D.El.Ed. examination of petitioners for the

year 2018-19 on the ground that petitioners have not secured minimum

prescribed marks of 40% in Class 12th examination.

Though the reply and rejoinder are on record, but learned counsel for

the respondent No.2 submits that if the petitioners prefer fresh representation

raising their grievance as raised in these petitions before respondent No.2, the

respondent No.2 is ready and willing to consider their grievance in

accordance with law.

In view of above and no objection having been made by learned

counsel for petitioners, this Court disposes of these petitions with direction to

the petitioners to prefer fresh representation alongwith copy of this order

before the respondent No.2 latest by 31.12.2021, which if done by the

petitioners, shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 and

speaking order shall be passed within a further period of 30 (thirty) days

thereof.

Accordingly, these petitions stand disposed of.
